AMERICAN MADE - BUILT FOR ANYTHING
The American Stout is one of the most versatile bikes in our lineup. With massive 27.5”x4.5” tire clearance, there’s not much you could throw in front of this bike that it couldn’t handle. Be it gnarly rock gardens, snowy single track, or a nice cruise down the beach, this bike feels right at home.
Made right here in the US using 100% 7075 aluminum tubing, this bike is built to last. We’re so confident in its performance that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our frames. Buying domestically yields a number of other benefits. By supporting American made products, you’re supporting local jobs, local businesses, and a more ethical and sustainable manufacturing process.
As with all of the bikes in our lineup, the customization possibilities are pretty much endless. Seriously, we did the math and there’s 46,523,913,960,000,000,000,000 possible combinations. Good thing we have Ben here to keep all those straight!

The bike is beyond my expectations. I have already ridden 125 miles on it, with majority of the mileage on the beach. The bike handles so well in the deep lose sand…it’s a blast to ride. Also I would like to mention, on every ride my bike gets a lot of attention by people on the beach and on the trails. People love it…and I love telling them about how much fun it is and the incredible customer service from Growler.
Love the bike
My graphics arrived scratched up so I’d like them to send me another letter. Also the graphics on the chain stay didn’t match the main font. They sent them unattached and I guess I’m supposed to install them? But they don’t match so I won’t have rear graphics. ??? It’s a beautiful bike and assembly was easy. My main issue is that the rear derailleur needs adjustment as it changes gears on its own and often.
I waited a couple months for this bike but I can honestly say it was all worth it. Received a perfect stout that handles like a dream. Well balanced and fast. Also some really nice component changes. Have about 20 hours ride time and I wouldn’t change a thing.
The folks at Growler were great to deal with, the bike is well built and gobs of fun! My wife and son also got bikes and they’re thrilled with the builds.
